Founded by Mr Johann Schembri in 1999, Landmark Developers
began its property venture working in the construction and demolition industries,
and from the very beginning Landmark was involved in the design and development
of numerous properties, mostly apartments.

Location is one of Landmark’s priorities: most of its properties can be found within
the South of the island, where the towns and urban areas are less built up, and
there is greater room for expansion and development. However, a number of property
developments can also be found within the suburbs of Mellieha, the quaint
little heart of Mgarr, and there is even a brand new development in the centre of St.
Julian’s, Malta’s buzzing nightlife district.
Landmark Developers focus equally on the quality of their exteriors as well as
the interiors: all properties have numerous finishing specifications, including
electrical points, bathroom and ceramic tiles with complete sanitary ware, and
telephone and television points readily installed. Common areas are also
provided with various features, such as timed electronics and an intercom
system.
Johann Schembri, Proprietor of Landmark Developers, believes
that his client relations are what makes his company so unique, and has inspired its
continuing success. He is hands-on and is dedicated to dealing with all of his
clients personally. Landmark Develpments accept property payments without heavy deposits,
and can also offer part-exchanges on existing properties. Johann is also
